About me

I’m Farah Fonseca, the founder of FONSECA’s.

When I was 21 I was persuaded to join a local strong woman competition. I said to my partner at the time, ‘but babe, you have to be strong to compete in strong woman’. After multiple conversations, I was convinced and I entered. I competed and won. And the rest is history.

Over the course of 2014 - 2019 I won:

- 3 x England’s Strongest Woman

- 2 x Britain’s Strongest Woman

- 1 x Europe’s Strongest Woman

- Strongest Woman in the World

- And earn a Pro Card at the prestigious Arnold’s Competition.

Becoming strong, earning these amazing accolades created a huge drive to want to help women become the strongest version of themselves. Not just physically. But mentally. I owe the sport, who I am today. I want all women to feel what I feel, to discover their own health & confidence.

Discovering their own health and confidence. To not feel insecure about heading into the weights section of the gym. To give women the tools and education to feel that incredible freedom that comes from breaking out of your comfort zone and not trying something new because it has a label, of ‘strong woman’, as an example.

I have been educating women to become empowered since 2013 and now I can finally bringing our methods online. Why? Because I know how impactful the work we do is in women’s lives in person. I want to be able to help women from all over the world to do the same thing. Which is what we are doing. To help women from anywhere, truly transform how they feel about themselves.

Through our newest personalised coaching programmes, we will now offer women accountability, guidance and education to transform their journey.

Pillar 1: NUTRITION

Nothing taste as good as skinny feels? Meh! Have you ever felt strong. Felt full. Whilst getting leaner at the same time? Learn how to reverse diet with balanced meals, intuitive eating, not just focus on becoming the smallest version of yourself.

Pillar 2: MOVEMENT Build strength

We provide you with personalised training sessions, regardless of your starting experience. Regardless if you’re a beginner into the weights section or gym we will teach you exactly what you need to know.

Pillar 3: Accountability

We initially provide round the clock accountability to help you get started. Once you become more educated and feel empowered you will continue to have a once weekly check in with your coach to discuss nutrition, programming, mindset as well as feedback on form corrections.

Pillar 4: community

Community is at the heart of everything we do. Providing you access to our community events and Whatsapp group to build that community of like-minded individuals, to share both struggles and wins!
